This is going to be a great time! 3 Days of Hot air balloons, wine, and music. A truly top notch event in Southern California, its only about a week away, June 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2012.  I can't wait for the concert lineup! Soul Asylum is making appearance on the main stage at 7:00 PM Saturday night, and I am going to be thrilled beyond words.

ifehouse, the L.A. based alternative rock band known most recently for their hit "All-In" will headline the Temecula Valley Balloon & Wine Festival on Saturday, June 2 of the three-day event.

The band hit mainstream prominence in 2001 with the hit single "Hanging by a Moment" from their debut studio album, "No Name Face." The single won a Billboard Music Award for Hot 100 Single of the Year, beating out Janet Jackson and Alicia Keys for the #1 Single of 2001.

Admittedly I did not grow up with Where the Wild Things are as my book reading for ever night. I did, however, come to know the famous book and timeless classic. I also really enjoyed the film, where were you Southern California? I called out for your help and I got nothing. Rest in peace Maurice Sendak. We move on from the sad note to enjoy some fun from John Travolta at the massage parlor, and more from AM 830 morning fun.

We also talk about Josh Hamilton's 4 home run game, which I was particularly excited about.  Plus Jered Weaver's Top Ten From Letterman, For more about me please visit www.mediadanny.com

Enjoy this best of segment from the Sports Lodge on AM 830!
